Cooper is currently serving with the Heritage Initiative from the Calumet Collaborative Project in Chicago, IL and is earning credits towards his Graduate Degree with Michigan Tech University.

VISTA Training + Harwood Institute
VISTAOn October 1, 35 Stewards VISTA Members and five staff members convened at the Capital Retreat Center in Waynesboro PA for a three day training. This training is an opportunity to bring members together to not only learn valuable skills that will assist them during their year of service, but it also allows them the opportunity to network with others that are serving across the country.

A 2.78 Million Dollar Grant and an Innovation Hub
VISTANovember 11, 2018 | Second term AmeriCorps VISTA, David Kilroy, received the honor of helping cut the ceremonial ribbon to open the Kricker Innovation Hub at the Shawnee State University. The Innovation Hub will allow substantial growth to the city of Portsmouth and the surrounding community in the areas of technological literacy, innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship.
