Stewards Individual Placement Program

Community Volunteer Ambassadors Alumni

Stewards Individual Placement Program (Stewards) and Northwest Youth Corps (NYC) are happy to celebrate a successful first year with the Community Volunteer Ambassador Program (CVA) in partnership with the National Park Service. The CVA program combines the strength of two national leaders in conservation service/learning programming with the National Park Service in order to train a diverse group of emerging leaders to assist park units in building lasting connections to local communities. The majority of CVA members successfully completed their terms at NPS sites all across the country, with the final group of members ending their service on February 8th, 2019.

Check out what our current members are up to on the CVA Blog as well as on Instagram.
