• Timesheet Instructions
  • You will be tracking your hours in the Conservation Legacy Community Portal. These instructions will help you understand how to access, track, and submit your hours for approval on a weekly basis. Timesheets must be submitted by their due date, on a FRIDAY to ensure on-time payroll.
• Time Off Guidance
  • Your position includes some paid-time-off (PTO). This was outlined in your offer letter and can be confirmed with your Program Coordinator. Please use this document to understand how to accurately account for PTO in your timesheets.
• Payroll Schedule
  • Please review this document to see due dates for your timesheet and pay days. It is recommended that you create calendar reminders or phone reminders on the days your timesheet is due.
