April 17, 2018 | Deirdre Morrison, a Stewards VISTA at Elsewhere Studios in Paonia, CO, along with other volunteers participated in a National Service Recognition Day event in April. They performed outreach to the town council in Paonia with the hope to set-up a municipal project. They also had a line item in the town council’s agenda to discuss the AmeriCorps and VISTA programs. The volunteers also partnered with an organization called A Little Help, which assists the elderly in their homes.
