We hope you had a rewarding term of service with Stewards!

In order to successfully complete your term, there are a number of tasks we need you to complete. Your Program Coordinator will be in touch via email with a specific set of instructions.

Here’s an outline of tasks and a few things you should be keeping track of before your exit date:

Future Plans Form – You need to complete this task on your AmeriCorps portal
Exit Interview - Your VISTA Leader or Program Coordinator will reach out to schedule a date/time
Double check your service hours - should be up-to-date to reflect current service term.
Begin finalizing your sustainability binder (this is your complete qualitative report) so that your work, contacts, important dates, how-to guides, words of wisdom, etc. are passed on (Leaving Your Legacy)
Do you need to update your forwarding mailing address? Inform your VISTA Leader – your W4 will need reopened in your Silk Road Onboarding (SRO) profile
- Should be done if the current address on your W4 is not the address where you will be residing after service
- Important to ensure tax documents are mailed to the appropriate address and are received by you in a timely manner
- If unsure of a permanent address, it may be best to use a parent’s address to ensure delivery
Service photos should be uploaded to SharePoint (include captions and dates)
End-of-Term letter: Submit to your VISTA Leader or Program Coordinator
