We hope you had a rewarding term of service with Stewards!
In order to successfully complete your term, there are a number of tasks we need you to complete. Your Program Coordinator will be in touch via email with a specific set of instructions.

To finish up your position, please complete the following tasks:
- Final Report – Your final report is attached so you can preview the questions. Please complete your final report by following this link: https://form.jotform.com/StewardsIPP/StewardsFinalReportandPostSurvey.
- When you start the report, please have pictures ready to upload into the report as they are required in order to push submit.
- The report is due on or before last day.
- Accomplishments - Please make sure to enter any data missing from your entire term in your ‘My Accomplishments’ tab. Instructions are located here.
- Timesheet - All of your hours must be entered & approved by your last day.
- Final Report – Your final report is attached so you can preview the questions. Please complete your final report by following this link: https://form.jotform.com/StewardsIPP/StewardsFinalReportandPostSurvey.

Conservation Legacy. Unless otherwise noted, the address listed on your paystub will be the address your W2 is sent to. Please refer to the instructions found in the During Service section about accessing your paystubs. It is your responsibility to doublecheck that the listed address is correct. If the address is incorrect, please reach out to your Program Coordinator.
If applicable, a 1095 will also be sent by Conservation Legacy to the same address.
